  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products once opened or if the seal is broken are NOT eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

  • Customers are requested to check the product details and packaging carefully before opening the seal.

2. Eligible Returns or Replacements

We only accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery

  • The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered)

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with seal intact

  • Clear images or an unboxing video must be shared as proof

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products with broken or tampered seals

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.
